It's a charming , listed, weatherboard cottage located on a quiet lane surrounded by picturesque fields and the cottage has distant sea views. It's the perfect place to stay with family and friends to explore an area of outstanding natural beauty whilst enjoying the home comforts of a cosy country cottage. Mr Catt's is only 5 minutes from Rye and 10 minutes from Camber Sands’ sandy beaches by car. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor and a 4th bedroom/2nd reception room and shower room on the ground floor. Mr Catt's is equipped for all ages, it is perfect for a long weekend or holiday break with family and friends away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

“This is a stunning place to stay and we had a wonderful time at Mr Catt's. Ruth was a brilliant host and has thought of everything. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable.
